Bring the grandkids along, I'm sure Harry and Tim will let them play with some mink glands!

Have a question here guys.
Got a buddy over here ( I know that's hard to believe) that has some fur he wants to sell. Problem is he can't make it. Any problem with me selling it for him in his name and getting the check to take back to him? Or can I just do two lots with my name on both of them?

You can do it that way Russ, we do it for absentee's fairly regular. I actually have a small cat here that a guy from Colorado sent for us to run through the sale.

Finally got home and cleaned up, and I agree, thank you to all of you who helped and sold and bought. I know the prices are going to be down quite a bit from the first two sales, but that's what the market is. And Steve, you jinxed me asking if the truck needed any repairs lately, got home and found another recall notice!

It was a busy day for sure! Tim and I were kept busy( I should say Tim.) demonstrating fur handling and talking to people. I got to work with a young lady who is very interested in trapping and fur skinning. We skinned a muskrat together. I think she was 9 years old. Thank you all who helped! It was nice for Tim and me to have help unloading and loading our gear. What was also surprising was We were cleaned up BEFORE the auction was over.

like harry said above, THANK YOU to all that helped unload and load our trucks. it takes a lot of gear to show what is involved in the put-up, so we both are very thankful for the extra help. it was nice to see a bunch of new faces at the auction and fur demos. hopefully we helped out a few on the put-up. it was 8:30 when we finally got home. of course we had to stop and eat.
