How is everyone doin

Didn't have a full weeks vacation this year. Had the long weekend over Thanksgiving. As usual, had a big full moon. Yotes don't seem as plentiful but still caught a few. They keep teaching me things. Hope everyone has had a good season to date.

That a boy Dan! Nice pictures.
I have short line here at the farm. Seems like each catch gets a good wash down at the next stream I come too!! Lots of wet areas.
Not seeing many deer due to 40 acres of corn still in the field. Saw a doe today laying in the waterway between the corn rows.
Trying to find some beaver for Russ and I to trap so you will have stories to read.

That's a dandy buck, and a good looking coyote too!

I trapped the first 3 nights at Killdeer and just pulled today after 3 more nights, looks like I'm done for the year. Only time I get to traps rats anymore is a draw in the refuge.

Ice kicked my butt the first 3 days, 31 rats. The last 3 days were better just not a lot of rats there, 58 rats and a mink. Lot of rowing and wading for them, only place to use the trolling motor was in the channels.

A few pictures. I dread using photo bucket as a host anymore because it takes forever to load stuff. Unfortunately I have too much stuff on there to move it!

First night double, had another double on the second (last) check

This hut produced 7 rats in 3 nights, was pulling this day.

Fought ice the first three day stand

Next to the last day.
