Mark, Put them on the bench and take them apart. Weld on a base plate and center swivel, weld on that horse shoe like I showed you, make up longer spring pins and put on 4 # 1 springs that Bob Best makes up. Night latch and a few other tricks and I have what I can't buy anywhere.
All that and they look real nice hanging on the wall,,,,, heck,,,,, something like that you can't get wet or dirty... LOL "Skippy";)

i'll have to sort thru my JUNK trap pile sometime and see how many parts and pieces to them things are in there and give them to you. i used to use them at high theft areas at bridge sets and HOPE somebody would steal them. LOL ! mark
