Mark, Put them on the bench and take them apart. Weld on a base plate and center swivel, weld on that horse shoe like I showed you, make up longer spring pins and put on 4 # 1 springs that Bob Best makes up. Night latch and a few other tricks and I have what I can't buy anywhere.
All that and they look real nice hanging on the wall,,,,, heck,,,,, something like that you can't get wet or dirty... LOL "Skippy"

i'll have to sort thru my JUNK trap pile sometime and see how many parts and pieces to them things are in there and give them to you. i used to use them at high theft areas at bridge sets and HOPE somebody would steal them. LOL ! mark
